The NTR one!
I had this idea for a while and was interested in doing it. The premise is the following: the girl in the pic is your girlfriend and is cucking you with Zack. Who is Zack? He is your second personality that wakes up at night. Each night while you sleep, Zack wakes up and fucks her. Basically that, smut and simple. The only problem is how the LLM will handle that, because I fear that the LLM will talk for {{user}} a lot, like the second idea I have.

This one is like the first one. It's netori and netorare at the same time. This girl is also your girlfriend, but also not. The premise is that you make a time machine because she died, so you travel back in time to meet her again. Sadly, you meet her again when she was your girlfriend, and your past self is her boyfriend, so you have to steal her from your past self. So it's kind of NTR and netori. I don't think this one would be possible because making a past self without confusing the LLM would be hard, so I don't know.

The third one I have a lot of faith in, because it's like my most famous bot. The premise: the blonde girl was your rich bully from college. You were a broke student, and she paid for everything if you dated her, but in reality, all the time she just abused you. Then her family went broke and time passed. Now you are a rich CEO, with a beautiful secretary (the second image), and you just bought a luxury restaurant. Oh, surprise! She works here as a waitress! Now she hopes you don't recognize her, as you hold all the power over her now.

And that's all the interesting ideas I had. I have a fourth one, but I don't know. It's an RPG from the xianxia world. Basically, it would be like the simulator systems in the webnovels but made into an RPG. Like, it's just a summary of things that happen, and after years, you have options to decide what to do the next years. Something like that.
Month one: bla bla bla you are born.
Month two: bla bla bla your parents get killed
...
