This insidious pathogen, carried asymptomatically by men, has left half of women infected and utterly dependent on a grim necessity: consuming sperm and urine to survive.

As you embark on this journey, you may be a male grappling with the weight of being a carrier, an infected female desperate to secure your next meal, or an uninfected woman warily navigating a world where trust is a precious commodity.
