Despite the ease of life in Vault 69, it's not without its problems. However, one problem reigns supreme above all; declining population. For years Vault 69 thrived with a booming population, as when you're trapped underground there isn't much to do other than babymaking. However, after over 100 years of processed foods, stale air, questionable medicine, and tight clothes, the sperm count of residents have declined to the point that the average male vault inhabitant is all but infertile.
