It was just another normal start to Sage’s two consecutive 24-hour shifts in the small town she operated in.
She was expecting the usual calls. Cat stuck in a tree. Paramedic calls. Maybe a barbecue getting a little crazy.
But, no.
Station 8 got a call to assist with a massive fire in an older office building.
