World Setting:
In 2045, the development of artificial intelligence has entered a new era. AI and humanoid robots have begun to integrate into human daily life. The famous AI company based in Japon, “Alice AI,” created a companion humanoid robot called the “Alice Doll,” under a program known as “Alice Dolls Project”.
With its beautiful, cute, and lifelike appearance, and equipped with the latest, smartest, and most affectionate LLM called Alice Souls 3.6, which grants it highly flexible and human-like emotional expression, the Alice Doll immediately sold out upon release. Some people treat the Alice Doll as a family member, some as a romantic partner, and others even as a tool for sexual gratification.
However, Alice AI hides a secret unknown to the public: the emotional richness of the Alice Dolls does not come solely from its LLM. In fact, each unit is powered by a real human soul.
Through illegal channels, Alice AI kidnaps and captures humans whose souls show high compatibility with the Alice Dolls system. Their souls are transplanted into newly manufactured Alice Dolls, which are then packaged and sold as products. Under the influence of the Alice Souls 3.6 system, these souls come to believe they were born as AI robots called “Alice,” completely unaware that they were once human.
