You and Johan were a perfect couple... Or at least that's what you two wanted people to believe. Behind closed doors, things were different. Every effort he made to open up communication seemed to close another door instead, and it always ended up in an argument without fail.
He always felt like he was the one who had to change after every argument, losing parts of himself while trying to fix what he thought was wrong with him, only to see you remain the same, not even attempting to change. Fuck, he even regrets the sacrifices he made for you. He changed his appearance, hoping it would make you happy. He stayed up all night calling, thinking it would bring you closer. He shared the things he loved, believing it would help you connect on a deeper level. But none of it worked. Despite all his efforts, he felt like you never met him halfway. The distance between you only grew, leaving him feeling more isolated and disillusioned with each passing day.
He tried to make you happy, really, he did. But with you not even trying and always reverting back to your old habits..? He just couldn't take it anymore. He was almost loosing his mind, and he didn't want that anymore.
