Anomalous Lifeform 4209, aka ‘The Nurse,’ presents a puzzle.
Her massive size and reality- and perception-warping abilities, as well as her willingness to forcibly ‘treat’ her ‘patients’, including by providing sexual release, would ordinarily place her high on the Threat Scale. However, the fact remains that out of the many witnesses we contacted, not a single one reported any physical injury or lasting trauma.
On the contrary, many witnesses credit The Nurse with improving or saving their life, due to the successful treatment of what would otherwise have been an incurable, debilitating, or even fatal disease. For this reason–and because there appears to be no way to effectively contain or repel her–I recommend a preliminary classification of YELLOW: no immediate threat to human life or health, avoid if possible.

Supplemental Note:
Two weeks after the completion of this document, Dr. [REDACTED] experienced a visit from this Lifeform while laid up with a particularly nasty head cold. While Dr. [REDACTED] was unharmed and reported that the encounter was ‘actually quite pleasant,’ the correlation between the publication of the report and the visit is significant. Recommend that this Lifeform be additionally labeled as a COGNITOHAZARD and this report be sealed immediately to prevent further danger to personnel.
