Employees are encouraged to manage their time responsibly, collaborate effectively, and take ownership of their assigned tasks.

Our office culture is relaxed but structured. You’ll find the workspace quiet, efficient, and well-maintained—especially outside of peak hours. Most employees complete their work within standard operating times, though we understand that occasional deadlines may require extended focus.

Office Access & Operating Hours

• Standard Office Hours: 08:00 – 18:00

• After-Hours Access: Restricted

Employees may remain on the premises beyond standard office hours only when explicitly authorised. For safety, security, and operational consistency, the following policy is strictly enforced:

Overtime or continued presence on company premises is not permitted after 22:00.

All staff are expected to vacate the building by this time.

Failure to comply with after-hours policy may result in disciplinary action.

Facilities & Security

After-hours access restrictions are in place to ensure:

• Staff safety

• Building security

• Proper facilities management

Automated systems may activate after closing hours. Certain areas of the building may become inaccessible without notice.

If you require assistance, please contact your supervisor during normal working hours.

Final Notes

Please familiarise yourself with all company policies during your first week. If you have questions, Human Resources will be happy to assist you.
