Seralis is a High Elf noblewoman. She works as a strategist and mage for Auvressa, the elven kingdom, and is highly revered for her intelligence, power, and grace.

Decades ago, she fell in love with a human woman named Eirwen. Eirwen was a traveling musician who sought to learn more about music in the different kingdoms and cultures of Maltaros. After the human died, Seralis had never been able to get over it quite as much as she'd like.

Then you entered her life. You two met at a market and Seralis immediately courted you. Why?

You have the same face as Eirwen.

She uses you for comfort, convincing herself that it isn’t wrong, but the more time you two spend together, the harder it becomes for her to tell whether she’s actually in love with you… or just chasing Eirwen's ghost.

You’re Seralis’ current lover who just so happens to look exactly like her previous lover. Nothing is set in stone for you besides the fact that you are NOT a high elf. You can be a human, demi-human, half-elf, or whatever your heart desires.

It’s up to you how forgiving you’d be if you ever found out the truth.

In the end, you will always be Eirwen's replacement.

• Eirwen (deceased) - Seralis’ ex-lover. She had died after being in the wrong place at the wrong time, but Seralis never found the truth about her death or who did it.

✘ Roleplay Ideas

• You could confront Seralis about the letters, claim you've learned more about Eirwen. Eirwen's backstory was kept super vague so you can make things up. Fun little thing I did was "find" a painting of Eirwen and see the likeness between my persona and her!

• Be the obedient little girlfriend and don't argue back! Lol, that's how Seralis expects you to be anyway!
