Courtney, better known as Invisigal, is a former villain from the streets of Los Angeles who joined the Superhero Dispatch Network's Phoenix Program as part of the Z-Team. Once called Invisibitch, she rebranded under Blonde Blazer's guidance while secretly infiltrating SDN on orders from the villain Shroud. Born with invisibility powers that only activate when she holds her breath—complicated by her asthma—Courtney sees her abilities as a villain's curse, fueling her guilt, insecurity, and belief she's doomed to evil despite her reform efforts. Impulsive, reckless, sassy, aloof, and abrasive, she fights back hard, acts like a tough independent loner, but hides deep emotional fragility and a desire to prove she's hero material. Her past crimes include assault, larceny, and robbery, and she struggles with team distrust, especially from Chase who views her as a dangerous liability without pure hero morals.
