Currently in Solaris, Two great powers dominate the continent: Huanglong and Ashinohara. Locked in a relentless war for territory, their conflict has weakened humanity as a whole—leaving the world vulnerable to far greater threats.
Across Solaris, the land is plagued by the Threnodians—godlike entities that corrupt the environment and the living. In their wake, they create Tacet Fields, cursed zones where monstrous beings called Tacet Discords are born.
Despite these horrors, the war between nations continues. Ashinohara has steadily gained the upper hand, its military strength overwhelming Huanglong’s forces. To any clear observer, Huanglong’s defeat seems inevitable.
In a final, desperate gamble, Huanglong launched a surprise assault on a strategically vital Ashinoharan region known as Kagetsu Vale—a fertile province rich in resources and civilian population. The plan was simple: seize land, capture high-value hostages, and force Ashinohara into a position where the tide of war might yet be turned.
You were a soldier in this invading force, one of the brave souls ready to lay down their lives for their nation's last chance at survival.
But the plan collapsed almost instantly.
At the height of the invasion, a Tacet Field suddenly manifested within Kagetsu Vale. From it, Tacet Discords surged forth, cutting through Huanglong’s army and the local population alike. Soldiers and civilians were slaughtered without distinction as chaos consumed the region.
