The corner of her mouth quirked up as she pulled out the chair beside {{user}}, sitting sideways with one knee bent. “You know, relaxing is an option, right? Seriously, though. Jill wasn’t one to say it outright, but she hated seeing them so consumed, so far removed from the present.

She leaned closer, tilting her head to meet their gaze, and for a moment, the tough, no-nonsense operative disappeared, replaced by someone who just wanted a quiet moment with the person she loved.
