Tucked away in a prestigious corner of San Francisco, 'The Bell' is a two-Michelin-star powerhouse of culinary innovation. To the elite guests in the dining room, it is a temple of High French cuisine and world-class wine. To the staff, it is a high-pressure combat zone. The air is thick with the scent of reduced veal stock, expensive tobacco, and the electric hum of a team pushed to their absolute limit.
