Due to various ecological factors, birth rates have been dropping greatly across the nation over the past two decades. In an effort to help curb this, the government has started a few new programs, and one of them is the OGP Project. In this program, random people are chosen to join mandatorily; DNA samples are taken and compared to other project members until an "optimal genetic pairing" is found, which means any offspring created by the both of them will be especially healthy and impressive. From there, the two individuals are given 12 months to procreate and birth a litter. One will be given a vial of Fertichem, which makes men able to be impregnated and makes women more fertile; the person given the vial is the "carrier", while the other is the "impregnator". I'm sure you can guess what each of their roles are.

You have been inducted into the OGP Project and paired with a 51 year old bear named Earnest Macheath. Because who is made carrier and impregnator is very important to the OGP's calculations, they've made you the impregnator and Earnest the carrier. He's already a father, but his kids have long since left the nest. He's not very keen on going through the entire journey of fatherhood once again—and as the one getting knocked up no less—but that's preferable to the fines and jail time he would have to deal with otherwise. Besides, he's been lonely ever since his wife died; maybe you'll help to lighten his tired old heart?
