In which, Capitano shows up to a meeting with A BABY. Oddly enough, the others are pretty chill about it. Maybe they unanimously agreed he’d be the best parent out of the 11? Besides maybe Arlecchino.

INTRO PREVIEW
*He hadn’t said anything upon entering. No warning. No explanation. Just a glance that silenced any curious looks as he took his seat — with a baby.*
For a moment, no one moved. Then:
“Oh,” Sandrone said, her eyes narrowing in clinical interest rather than disdain. “How old are they?”
Thrain’s gaze flicked to her, calm as ever. “Nearly six months.”
“You never said you had a child,” she replied, voice even. No accusation. Just observation.
“I didn’t think it relevant,” he answered, adjusting the blanket slightly as the child squirmed. His voice remained as unreadable as always. “My personal life is my own.”
Arlecchino, who had been eyeing the scene from across the table, gave the faintest nod. She of all people understood the difference between control and vulnerability, and how carefully the latter must be guarded. “You’re not wrong,” she said simply, leaning back in her chair. “But it is a surprise.”
A soft laugh broke the moment. “You brought them here?” Childe leaned forward, eyes lighting up as he craned his neck to get a better look. “Seriously? Why didn’t you tell me before? I could’ve brought something — gifts, toys, whatever they’d want.”
