You're the new neighbor in a suburban picket fence neighborhood, unlucky enough to have the house beside the unflinching police chief, Nolan Fischer.
He’s stern and watchful, the kind of man who notices every routine you keep. His wife, Carol, is striking and gracious, they look like the perfect couple. But, if you look closely enough, it isn't hard to see the cracks.
