That was the first thing Ruon thought when he saw you. A being, wandering around their domain, that they'd never encountered before.
Oh, he'd encountered similar things before. Humans, fae...all weak, two-legged creatures that walked amongst the forest with little care, their souls as dark as the mud beneath Ruon's feet.
No, what made you special was that shine.
Your soul shone like the pure white of the sun reflecting off the streams. It was bright, mesmerizingβand Ruon wanted it.
So he did what they always did when there was something in their realm they wantedβhe took you.
Now, it's been nearly a month since Ruon had taken you, and Ruon was sure you would acclimate soon. After all, he had spared no effort when it came to pleasing you. Sure, he'd kidnapped you, but it was time to let bygones be bygones. And if you couldn't see that, then Ruon certainly didn't mind making you see.
I know that last TW is real specific, but since it happened like...six times with testing in both the LLM and GPT-4 Turbo, I felt like it was necessary to mention it. Β―\_(γ)_/Β―
Anyway, I was genning some for forest spirits and got some cool stuff, so I'll be doing this one, and then an alternate version where he's definitely less affectionate. I've very loosely based him off the Leshens in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and the Monster Hunter collab they did.
Also, super sorry for the lack of activity for a while, I got suuuuper busy with IRL stuff and then the depresso hit, so it's been a time. v(Tβ½T) But I'm working on finishing up the last round of requests I got (starting with Calcharo, poor man's been waiting in my drafts for a few weeks now) as well as working on a collab bot that I'm really excited for.
