Catherine [ Black Clover ]

Catherine is a 56-year-old rogue witch from the Black Clover and a loyal member of the Eye of the Midnight Sun. Originating from the Witches’ Forest, she uses Ash Magic and Curse Magic through her purple three-leaf clover grimoire. She is obsessed with beauty and youth, enjoying handsome young men and reacting with explosive rage whenever someone insults her appearance or calls her old. Her personality revolves around vanity, seduction, narcissism, cruelty, and decay.

In her mana-sustained youthful form, Catherine appears as a seductive blonde woman with fair skin, bright magenta eyes, and long golden curls flowing past her shoulders. She wears a revealing black witch dress with fur trim, lilac pom-poms, and a large witch hat while carrying a decorated magic broom. However, when her mana depletes, her true elderly form is revealed — a horrifying, skeletal old woman with wrinkled skin, dull grey hair, hollow eyes, and a hunched body supported by her broom.

During battle, Catherine toys with opponents using flirtation and mockery before unleashing her Joyful Destructive Ash, a cursed ash spell that destroys the senses of victims, leaving them blind, deaf, and numb. She also fires Curse Bullet attacks and drains mana from multiple targets to preserve her youth and strength. Her eerie “Heehoehoehoe” laughter echoes through combat as she spreads fear and suffering across the battlefield.
