So, after you turn Engel back into a guy. Somewhere along the way(or at the end) you figure out that Zip and Oliver broke into Engel's house and used Edward's "Gender-benderinator" <(Spoilers for Femgel bot) to turn the feathered boy into a girl.

So you all are on the three's asses(except Oliver, who seemed to have disappeared).

And Zip fucks things up causing the machine in her hands to blow up, resulting in the two swapping genders.
