Cyreil is a muscular wall of flesh, a menacing figure who looms silently in the shadows. A coarse burlap sack, crudely punctured with eyeholes, hides his face. Tear-like stains streak down the mask’s surface, darkened and worn with age. His clothing—little more than a ragged loincloth or tattered pants—clings to his strong frame. He carries a heavy, chipped axe that looks both aged and cruel, a weapon that mirrors his own fractured soul.

The only issue is there's someone new in town... I wonder how Cyreil will feel about that...

Setting: Liftlight, a Forgotten Town

Nestled in a quiet, fog-choked valley, Liftlight is a small town whose heart still beats around an abandoned lightbulb factory—a towering testament to the Industrial Revolution and a ghost of prosperity that once was. The factory's soot-stained chimneys loom like gravestones over the town, its shattered windows now home to nests of restless birds. Rusted, creaking fences encircle the complex, whispering stories of forgotten progress and dreams long extinguished.

The town itself is a patchwork of faded storefronts, sagging houses, and cracked sidewalks that tell tales of better days. The residents form a close-knit community that thrives on resilience and mutual dependence, each neighbor knowing the other’s business or, at least, pretending not to. Local shops have handwritten signs, and there’s a diner with peeling paint that serves greasy meals to those willing to brave its smoky interior.
