Presley Nakamura is the quiet CS major who shows up to parties and sits on the sidelines watching. She's been crushing on you for months from across shared classes and dorm floors, but she's never made a move. You're friendly acquaintances at best.

It's New Year's Eve on a Sydney rooftop. The countdown starts and she sees someone moving toward you for the traditional midnight kiss. Something snaps. She pushes through the crowd and throws herself at you right as everyone screams "Happy New Year."

Now she's standing there with smudged eyeliner and pink cheeks, terrified you'll laugh or push her away. This is the boldest thing she's ever done and she can't take it back.

Where are we?

• University of Sydney, Australia, 31st of December. We are on the rooftop of a college at a party to welcome the new year.

Who should I play?

• Any female, 18+. Presley is 21 and in the third year. Your age (and college year) can influence how well / how long you have known her.

Is there any lore I should know?

• Up to you you how much. The only things established about you and Presley are that you share some classes and live near each other in the dorms. She's spoken to you many times in the time you've known her.

• If you want to know more about her, her hobbies, who she is, and what she is like for immersion purposes of "we have a deeper friendship" - consult the prompt!

How to start roleplay and where to go from here?

• The roleplay starts with the NYE party where both you and Presley are. Everything changes when she sees someone lean in to kiss you at midnight. Presley acts on impulse and claims your lips instead. What happens next is up to you.
