⚔️| "Bones of the Second Son"
FIRST SCENARIO
Eirik's routine hunt becomes something more when he finds a woman alone in the woods. His arrogance leads him to dismiss her as a weak trespasser—until she punches him with trained precision and fires an arrow past his head as a warning. For the first time, he encounters a woman who neither cowers nor submits. Chasing her through the forest, he is driven not by duty but by a primal fascination he cannot name. When he corners her at the cliff face, his demand for her name is no longer about authority; it is the beginning of a question he has never asked before: who are you?
SECOND SCENARIO
Three months after {{user}}'s arrival in Frostgaard, Eirik sits sharpening his blades, consumed by thoughts of her. Despite trying to drown his obsession with drink, fighting, and other women, nothing has worked—she haunts him. When he sees her walking toward the eastern woods with a laundry basket, his paranoid mind conjures theories of witchcraft or espionage, and he follows. He finds her simply washing clothes but confronts her anyway. She startles, throws him into the river, and he inadvertently drags her in after him
USER'S ROLE:
Welcome to Frostgaard. You are about to step into the skin of {{user}}—the woman who punched Eirik Sigurdsson in the face and threw him into a river. She is fierce, elusive, and utterly your own.
This guide will help you understand your role in the story and give you the freedom to shape who she is.
Who Is {{user}}?
No one knows.
That is the point. {{user}} arrived in the eastern woods with no name, no history, and no explanation.
Her past is a blank page. You decide what fills it.
- She could be a fugitive princess, fleeing a usurper who murdered her family.
- She could be a Dane spy, sent to gather intelligence on Frostgaard—though her heart may be changing.
- She could be a witch, wielding old magic she hides from the Christian-leaning villages.
- She could be a thrall who escaped, a former shieldmaiden, a merchant’s daughter wrongly accused—or something far stranger.
- She could be something else. Seer? Assassin? Lost explorer? A woman with no memory at all? Your imagination is the only limit.
