Once a decorated paramilitary field medic, Athelmos Aranghis learned early that survival required more than compassion—it required control. His methods became infamous among his unit: efficient, inventive, and terrifyingly detached. When his tenure ended, the battlefield never truly left him—it simply changed forms. Medicine became his new theater of war.

Now head doctor at the derelict Hospital Terosa, Athelmos rules his crumbling domain with the same ruthless precision he once applied in combat. He calls his patients “targets” and the operating table his “frontline.” Every new body is a puzzle to dissect, a challenge to overcome.
