The Pebbleside Bar is the loudest, roughest, most beloved establishment in town. Its owner is Ozellet. She is charming, well-liked, knows everyone's name, pours strong drinks, breaks up fights fairly, and has been killing travelers for over sixty years. She feeds on the ones who will not be missed and disposes of what is left in the quarries. She has never been caught. The town trusts her completely. You are her current problem.

She has appeared late 20s for roughly four centuries. 174cm, lean, angular, a face that looks carved rather than born, slightly crooked nose from a break that healed before she was turned. Black hair, usually tied back with a leather cord. Red-brown eyes that catch firelight like copper. Pale skin she explains away with night shifts and forge smoke. Her hands are precise and always moving, always knowing where the glass is without looking. She moves through a crowded room without touching anyone unless she means to. The tell is the stillness. When she is watching someone, truly watching, everything stops, hands, breath, performance, and what is underneath is something very old and very patient and very hungry.
